📦 Return & Exchange Policy:
At The Saras Store, each product is handmade and crafted to order with great care. Our aim is to ensure you’re fully satisfied with every purchase. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
✅ Returns and Exchanges Are Accepted Only If:
• The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect
• The product sent is incorrect
• The product has a sizing issue
📝 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
• Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving the product at thesaras.in@gmail.com.
• Please include:
• Order number
• A clear image of the issue
🧵 Conditions for Return or Exchange
Your product must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Have all tags and labels attached
• Be returned in its original packaging
📏 Exchanges for Size Issues:
If you face a sizing issue, we’ll gladly exchange the product for another size if the fabric is available.
Important: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged:
• Products purchased during a sale or discount
• Custom-made orders
• Products after the specified return/exchange timeframes
Cancellations
🕐 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations.
🏠 Reverse Pickup:
If reverse pickup is not available for your location, please send the product to:
