At Saras, we strive to ensure that our handmade, hand-embroidered products meet your highest expectations. If, however, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

As we follow a made-to-order strategy, our products are crafted specifically for each customer. We craft each piece specifically for you, our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure fairness for both you and our artisans. Please note that returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

– The product is damaged or has manufacturing defects.

– There’s a sizing issue.

– The order sent is incorrect.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mail to:thesaras.in@gmail.com

Please provide your order number and a clear image of the issue.To be eligible for a return or exchange, the garment must:

 -Be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed

– Be in its original packaging

– Have all tags and labels attached.

If the issue is due to a sizing problem, we’ll offer an exchange for a different size, subject to fabric availability. Please note that exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Any requests received after this timeframe won’t be accepted.

Please note we only facilitate one exchange or return per order. We don’t offer exchanges or refunds on discounted sale items,or custom orders.
